To delete your account, please follow these steps:
Open the Wimbo app
Tap on the hamburger menu in the top left corner
Tap on the “My Profile” button on the side bar
Tap on the Kebab menu button in the top right corner
Tap on the “Delete My Account” Button
Select the reason for deleting your account
Tap on “Delete account” again
Type in the word “delete” in all lowercase letters
Tap on “Confirm”
As with other apps, simply removing, uninstalling, or deleting the Wimbo app from your phone will not delete your account. You must follow the steps above to delete your profile. To confirm your account has been deleted, you should be brought back to the registration page on the Wimbo app. If you try to log back in, it’ll automatically create a new account.
If you find that you're unable to use the steps outlined above to delete your account, we have a designated team that can assist you further by contacting us here. Be sure to specify that you'd like your account to be deleted or erased.
