The purpose of this Code is to ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable environment for all attendees and hosts participating in events facilitated by Wimbo Au.
2. General Conduct
All participants are expected to:
• Respectful Interaction: Engage with others in a courteous and professional manner, fostering an inclusive atmosphere.
• Compliance with Laws: Abide by all applicable local, state, and federal laws during events.
• Non-Discrimination: Refrain from discriminatory behavior based on race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
3. Safety Guidelines
To maintain a safe environment, participants must:
• Health and Safety: Comply with all health and safety regulations, including those related to COVID-19 or other health advisories.
• Emergency Procedures: Familiarize themselves with and follow emergency evacuation plans and procedures provided at the event venue.
• Substance Use: Use alcohol and other substances responsibly, adhering to legal age restrictions and venue policies.
4. Host Responsibilities
Hosts are responsible for:
• Accurate Event Information: Providing truthful and complete details about the event, including date, time, location, and any associated costs.
• Venue Compliance: Ensuring the event venue complies with all legal and safety requirements.
• Participant Management: Monitoring attendee behavior to ensure adherence to this Code and taking appropriate action when necessary.
5. Attendee Responsibilities
Attendees are expected to:
• Punctuality: Arrive on time and remain for the duration of the event, unless prior arrangements are made.
• Personal Belongings: Manage personal belongings responsibly; Wimbo Au is not liable for lost or stolen items.
• Feedback: Provide constructive feedback to hosts and organizers to improve future events.
6. Reporting Misconduct
Participants who observe or experience behavior that violates this Code should:
• Immediate Reporting: Contact Wimbo Au’s support team promptly via email at customersupport@wimbo.au.
• Confidentiality: Reports will be handled confidentially to the extent possible.
• Cooperation: Cooperate with any investigations into reported misconduct.
7. Consequences of Violations
Failure to adhere to this Code may result in:
• Event Removal: Immediate removal from the event without refund.
• Account Suspension: Temporary or permanent suspension of your Wimbo Au account.
• Legal Action: Pursuit of legal remedies if warranted.
8. Modifications to the Code
Wimbo Au reserves the right to modify this Code at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the Platform, and your continued participation in events signifies acceptance of the updated Code.
